In the foothills of the Vercors, the muscat and clairette varieties grown in our biodynamic vinyards give to our Clairette de Die,
its light touch, its powerful aroma, its unique charm.
Three parcels of land give their character to this mountain crémant : les Côtes Enrouies – an abrupt south-facing talus, Dignechien – with its loose marly soil, and Morteseigne, a berm/mountain-encased shelf of land with strong clay soil.
No addition of sulphites during vinification. This cuvée develops subtle aromas of white flowers. Its name evokes the iconic noble bird of prey present in the Vercors Regional Park.
A natural sparkling rosé, the result of a well-balenced blend of Muscat Petits Grains, Clairette Blanche and Gamay.
Enjoy the originality and freshness of this natural sparkling wine, rich in muscat aromas. Unfiltered, undosed, encapsulated, rustic.
The Laye plot, a steep slope in the Barnave valley, facing the Vercors, produces an Aligoté that is light, mineral, with a citrus aroma.
Like the vino of the elderly, it suits all occasions. It owes its freshness to the supple and fruity tannins of the different types of grapes cultivated on the hillsides of Barnave: Pinot noir – Gamay – Syrah.
The red muscats of Figuemas, a parcel of the clay-limestone hillside of Barnave, express themselves through their color and their typical aromas, in this very fine cuvée.
As pioneers in the production of organic wines in the officially designated Clairette de Die area, we are always looking for ways to improve our methods.
Come and discover how we do it.
